They are doing exactly what they were been designed to do – condition your kids for industrial work, while the elites are in prep schools learning how to rule the world!
And so Revealing School became a very different book, a darker book, than I originally intended.
Revealing School is broken into 3 parts. Part 1 you’ve heard before, but not like this. Part 2 traces the dark and ancient roots of school all the way back the Babylonians. And Part 3, it’s GROUNDBREAKING! You cannot fathom what you are about to read in Part 3 The Programmable Man. Many people have claimed that schools “dumb kids down,” but none have fully revealed the process... until now!
When you finish Part 3 of this book, you will understand why I say that school is the evolution of tyranny - and just about the worst thing that could happen to a child. You will never look at school the same.

If you have a child in school, or plan to send one there, this book should be required reading. As someone who was homeschooled as a child I have always been slow to criticized schools-- after all the majority of people I know, admire, and respect were educated there. But in this book Britton LaTulippe tells a compelling story of a deeply flawed system-- backed up by evidence that shouldn't be ignored.I don't know if you will be more shocked by proof that schools were historically intended to control our children rather than equip them-- or by the sampling of approved content being used in schools today that no parent would intentionally expose their children to. Either way, if you intend to send your children to school-- public or private-- you owe it to them to read this book.
If you homeschool your children this book will also reveal why you may be accused of being "elitist" for your education choice-- and why you actually want to give your children an "elite" education.

I wanted to homeschool my older two children. Because of financial reasons and family pressure, I never did. I simply ignored the conviction I had received from God. Fifteen years later, here I am with a third child and the same desire resurfacing. This time I have decided to pursue that conviction.
I have solid reasons for wanting to homeschool. While my oldest was bullied from first grade on, that is one of the less significant reasons for wanting to homeschool. Yes, you heard me right. That alone is enough, but there's other reasons that are of greater concern for me as a parent.
Not knowing anything about homeschooling, I started researching all I could about it. That's when Mr. LaTulippe sent me a complimentary copy of his book. The journey through this 300+ page book was well worth the time, as I soaked much needed information packed with factual references. My list of reasons for homeschooling grew every few pages.
It's quite disturbing who we let supervise our children all day and what we allow them teach our children. It's alarming what is going on in public schools and parents are going along with it blindly.
Did you know they are being taught subjects of a pornographic nature?
Did you know that they are trained to have no emotion for family when they start school?
Did you know that they are led to sing a song that worships one of our leaders?
Did you know that their methods actually push some of your children into crime?
Do you think all of this is bogus? Well, I encourage you to read the book and then decide for yourself. Along the way, you'll discover even more disturbing and damaging things that are being done in school.
Overall, after reading this book you will see that the education system has its own agenda and it is not in the interest of your child or his/her education. Yes, this book is a controversial topic. You may be one of the parents interested in homeschool. You may be one of the parents who thinks homeschooling is not ideal. Either way I encourage you to read the book and decide for yourself. I, myself, have confirmed my decision to homeschool.
A must read for all parents. Highly recommend. Prayerfully consider the text and let the Lord direct your steps!!! Amen

Real eye opener!
This is a must read for every parent. He is very passionate on this topic, so please read with a open mind so you can hear all he has to say.
I think this is the second review I've done for . Needless to say, it takes something special for me to take the time to share my thoughts. I'm half way through this book. I bought the version to save a few dollars - and boy do I regret that. I really want a hardcopy so I can underline and search back. I've talked to so many people about various points made in this book. This is a must-read for anyone with kids in public school. It's also an excellent read for homeschoolers - a what-not-to-do and good reminder of why you do what you do. The Dept. of Education is clearly more focused on forcing their political agenda on our kids then they are worried about educating them. It's so hard to believe the lengths they go to... and the power they have. My heart aches for American children. Parents need to know, so at the very least they can be having good conversations.
This is an excellent book on the subject. One of the best I've ever read. The author makes clear and solid arguments, without sugar coating the truth. If I weren't already homeschooling, this book would change that for me. To be honest, I didn't really think much about homeschooling until Common Core hit public schools. After asking a teacher friend about it, she informed me that Common Core wasn't really that bad in the grand scheme of public education as a whole because public school is designed to fail and create good little socialist robots, and recommended I read The Two Trees of Knowledge by Dianne Dekker. This book is at least as good at presenting a case against public school, and actually makes a great case FOR homeschooling over most private schools. LaTulippe says what needs to be said and isn't afraid to say it. He also backs what he says with a tremendous amount of evidence and research.
